Breakfast- Anything Kashi, Special K, or Quaker (They are so yummy!)
Lunch- 24 oz. bottle of water to drink &a grilled chicken salad with organic romanian greens, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, blackberries, sliced mango, and lite raspberry vinaigrette dressing to eat. I also have an apple with Activia yogurt (it only has 70 calories and its SO yummy!) This is different, but I love dipping apples in yogurt! TRY IT. :)
Dinner- My dinners vary anywhere from white beans and turnip greens (what can I say…I’m a southern gal!), to a grilled salmon salad with all kinds of yummy fruit and lite raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Snacks- Pita Chips & Hummus, YOGURT, fruit, fruit smoothies, mangos (ALL TIME FAVORITE FRUIT!), yogurt granola bars, bear naked granola, nuts, organic peanut butter & a sliced apple, and dark chocolate (YUMMMMM)…the list goes on and on!
